ACL Surgery Recovery Time.

 

Following are a few general guidelines following an ACL surgery:

π–πžπžπ€ πŸ”-𝟏𝟐: During this phase, the knee gains its full functional strength to handle the stress. Patients can indulge in more activity-specific strengthening and weight-bearing exercises.
